Complaints and appeals may relate to, amongst other things: the peer-review process, suspected breaches of ethics, conflicts of interest, errors in publication, copyright infringements, digital accessibility, and the quality of service provided during the publishing process.

How to submit a complaint?

Please send complaints to: etyka.wydawnictwo@uksw.edu.pl

In your submission, please include: the title of the publication, a description of the issue, the stage of the process, attachments (if any) and your preferred resolution.

How do we handle complaints?

Complaints are reviewed by the Publishing House’s Scientific Council, which is not directly involved in the disputed decision. In the event of a conflict of interest, the relevant member of the Scientific Council is excluded from the case. Complaints are treated confidentially.

Possible outcomes

Upholding the decision; additional peer review; corrective measures in the procedure; correction of the publication; suspension/withdrawal; other appropriate measures.
