Can I submit a publication without a complete set of materials?
We recommend submitting publications with a complete set of files and documents. Missing materials will delay the process.
Can the author suggest reviewers?
The author may suggest reviewers, but these suggestions are not binding. The publisher selects reviewers independently.
Does funding influence the decision to accept a book?
No. Decisions are made based on scientific quality and reviews.
Who is responsible for the rights to illustrations and tables?
The author is responsible for obtaining permissions/licenses and properly citing sources.
Do I need to prepare alternative descriptions for graphic elements when publishing an electronic version?
If the publication contains graphic elements, we require the preparation of materials enabling the creation of versions accessible to people with disabilities to meet the requirements of the Digital Accessibility Act. The author is therefore required to prepare alternative text for graphic elements.
Can I use AI tools?
It is possible to use AI in a supportive manner, while maintaining the author’s responsibility and disclosure obligation in accordance with the policy.
Is it possible to expedite the process for a fee?
No. The publisher does not offer paid expedited processing.
