Following a positive publication decision, the Publisher enters into an agreement with the Author/Scientific Editor specifying the terms of publication, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the rules for making the publication available (print/e-book/OA – if applicable).
Copyright and Third-Party Materials
The Author is responsible for the originality of the text, for obtaining permissions to use third-party materials (illustrations, tables, data), and for correctly citing sources.
Open Access and Licenses
For OA publications, the terms of the license and access are specified in the agreement and the OA policy.
