Delivery
We process orders on working days. Available delivery methods: courier / Polish Post / collection in person. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown when placing an order in the online shop.
Delivery options for ordered goods

Delivery within Poland
- via Poczta Polska: PLN 9.90 for orders not exceeding PLN 250
- Courier delivery: 18.90 PLN
Orders over 250 PLN are delivered free of charge.
International delivery
- via Poczta Polska – delivery according to the current price list

Returns (printed books)
Returns may be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of purchase. To return a book, you must:
- contact the bookshop,
- provide the order number and title of the publication,
- return the item in undamaged condition,
- once the return has been accepted, a refund will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Complaints
If the parcel is damaged or contains errors, please submit a complaint, stating the order number and a description of the problem.
